Chuck is and continues to be quick to respond to answer questions or help if needed. With our most recent purchase, we began to have an issue with the cover (not an Ahhs Spa original product) and Chuck was quick to come get it and replace it, so I didn’t have to deal with the warranty myself. What a relief during the holiday season.
We love our spa and use it nearly every night. The 60 jets are powerful and really help to melt away the stresses of the day. Be sure to get the Volcano jet, your new spa needs to have one of these. You can’t get a better foot massage that helps relieve foot issues like arthritis or just plain old tired feet. Amazing!

If you are looking for a hot tub, AAH SPAS is the only place to go! Chuck is the greatest to work with. We took a tour of his spa factory and were able to see firsthand how the spa was made. It is pretty awesome to be able to customize every aspect of your spa from the color of the outside cabinet, to the color of the liner, and the number of jets that you want. To further customize your spa, the jets can be placed exactly where you need them to cure your aches and pains! The included sound system will blow you away. I reached out to Chuck through the website to request some information and before I knew it we were placing an order. Not only did he allow us to customize our spa, but was able to deliver and set up in the Kansas City area without a problem.

This spa is fantastic, easy to keep clean and I love the sock filter. Not only are they compact for storage, but they are very effective. I change ours once a week, with the weekly maintenance, and never have an issue with cloudy or poor water quality. We also love that they are reusable, after cleaning with a little oxyclean. The ozonator and circulation pumps really help do all of the hard work too and are very energy efficient. Our tub circulates 24/7 non-stop.

We enjoy our spa 3-4 times a week, on average. These jets are so great at massaging away the day! Varying speeds and jet types hit all the right pressure points. After a soak, my aches and pains are diminished, if not gone, and my sleep quality increases.

I also need to mention that the customer support and service is FANTASTIC at Aahs Spas. Everyone, from Chuck-delivery/set-up team-Mark (service technician), are all super knowledgeable and helpful with a focus on taking care of the customer. Thank you, all, for being so great and responsive.

One last thought…Our experience with Aahs Spas has been excellent. So glad we decided to purchase from a Kansas based company. This team know what they are doing.
