I discovered AAhs after contacting multiple other Kansas spa stores for assistance with my “other brand” spa problems. Chuck called me back promptly and went well beyond what I expected in the line of assistance and availability of parts. He invited me down to see his facility and staff in action and he was able to provide all the parts I required to get the spa up and running again. We looked at so many hot tub/spas and did so much research, but this is the Caddy of Hot Tub/Spas, you will NEVER find a better built spa with the massaging jet action anywhere at a better price. The quality is top notch. The customer service is above and beyond. If you buy anywhere else, you made a huge mistake.

I reached out to Chuck through the website to request some information and before I knew it we were placing an order. Not only did he allow us to customize our spa, but was able to deliver and set up in the Kansas City area without a problem.

This spa is fantastic, easy to keep clean and I love the sock filter. Not only are they compact for storage, but they are very effective. I change ours once a week, with the weekly maintenance, and never have an issue with cloudy or poor water quality. We also love that they are reusable, after cleaning with a little oxyclean. The ozonator and circulation pumps really help do all of the hard work too and are very energy efficient. Our tub circulates 24/7 non-stop.

We enjoy our spa 3-4 times a week, on average. These jets are so great at massaging away the day! Varying speeds and jet types hit all the right pressure points. After a soak, my aches and pains are diminished, if not gone, and my sleep quality increases.

I also need to mention that the customer support and service is FANTASTIC at Aahs Spas. Everyone, from Chuck-delivery/set-up team-Mark (service technician), are all super knowledgeable and helpful with a focus on taking care of the customer. Thank you, all, for being so great and responsive.

I am a longtime hot tub owner of a “major” brand so I know my way around a tub with a decent amount of experience. I took a long hard look at Aahs Spas. I had many discussions with Chuck and he encouraged me to come to the factory and look around and see the process. I came away very impressed. The tubs are well built and they use good components. That alone sold me on Aahs Spas but even better, Chuck has outstanding service before and after the sale. He stands behind his tubs and goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy. The price is incredibly good compared to the retail guys out there. I guarantee the retail guys don’t come close to Chuck’s service and willingness to help. With most major brands getting components and being built outside of the US, I really liked the idea of buying local. I research everything before I make a major purchase, so I highly encourage anyone to look at Aahs Spas and compare to the retail guys if they want a great tub at a great price. In 2020 we added an inground pool in our backyard and all seemed perfect until September rolled around and we realized our new favorite place was no longer being used as the weather was too chilly. We decided that even though it hadn’t been in our original budget we needed a hot tub. It was the best decision we could’ve made as it made our outdoor space usable year around. We reached out to Tim at Aahsspas and he took care of us right away walking us through the entire process quickly. The tub was much more affordable than we expected and the process was painless. They were patient with us as we prepared for delivery (because of course we had just put up a new privacy fence without a large gate!) and in the end they made it work and all went perfect. Since then the customer service has been great. Any time we have questions we’ve gotten answers immediately, even on the weekend. This week a power surge threw off our tub and Chuck spent time on the phone with us at 8:00PM getting everything reset and back in working order. He has even taken time to talk chemicals with me not only for our hot tub but for our swimming pool as well. I would recommend Aahsspas to anyone considering a hot tub. They are true professionals.

Could not be any happier with our purchase of a hot tub from Aahs Spas about a month ago. We were able to go directly to the factory where they create these wonders. We picked out our colors, lighting, and jets. It was planned for 12 weeks, and it came to our home in just under 9 weeks.
