Privacy Policy

 Effective Date: August, 2026

At Aahs Spas, we respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website, communicate with us, schedule a factory tour or appointment, make a purchase, or otherwise interact with Aahs Spas.

This Policy also explains how we use cookies, analytics tools, advertising technologies, booking software and other third-party services, including services provided by Google, Meta and Amelia.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of information:

Contact and Identifying Information: Your name, email address, telephone number, mailing or delivery address, and other information you voluntarily provide.

Booking and Appointment Information: Information you provide when scheduling an appointment, factory tour, or other service, including your name, contact information, selected service, appointment date and time, and information entered into booking forms.

Transaction and Commercial Information: Information about products or services you purchase or inquire about, transaction details, and payment status. Full credit card, bank account and similar payment credentials are generally processed by our payment providers rather than stored by Aahs Spas.

Website and Device Information: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring website, pages viewed, links clicked, dates and times of visits, approximate location derived from your IP address, advertising identifiers and similar information.

Communications: Information contained in emails, telephone calls, website forms, messages, reviews or other communications you send to us.

We may also collect information from service providers and third-party platforms that help us operate, analyze and market our website and services.

How We Use Your Information

We may use personal information to:

  • Process purchases, appointments, factory tour requests and other transactions.
  • Respond to questions and provide customer service.
  • Communicate with you about an appointment, order or inquiry.
  • Maintain records of customer transactions and interactions.
  • Operate, maintain and improve our website and services.
  • Understand how visitors use our website.
  • Measure the effectiveness of our advertising and marketing.
  • Display or measure advertising that may be relevant to website visitors.
  • Send promotional emails or other marketing communications where permitted by law. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time.
  • Detect, investigate and prevent fraud, security incidents or misuse.
  • Comply with legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.

We seek to collect and retain personal information only as reasonably necessary for these purposes and other purposes disclosed when information is collected.

Cookies, Pixels and Other Tracking Technologies

Our website may use cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, local storage and similar technologies. Some are necessary for the website to function. Others may help us understand website traffic, remember preferences, measure advertising performance or deliver advertising.

These technologies may collect information such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, links clicked, referring pages, interactions with advertisements, approximate geographic location, and identifiers associated with your browser or device.

Some tracking technologies can collect information even when traditional browser cookies are limited or disabled.

Google

We may use Google services such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar Google technologies to understand website usage, measure advertising performance, evaluate marketing campaigns, or deliver advertising.

When these technologies are enabled, Google may receive information about your browser or device and your interactions with our website. Google may use that information in accordance with its own privacy terms and settings.

The specific Google tools used on our website may change over time.

Meta

We may use Meta technologies, including the Meta Pixel or similar tools associated with Facebook and Instagram, to measure advertising performance, understand how visitors interact with our website, build advertising audiences or deliver advertising.

When these technologies are enabled, Meta may receive information about your device, browser and interactions with our website. Meta’s handling of that information is also governed by its own privacy policies and settings.

Other Analytics and Advertising Providers

We may use additional analytics, advertising, website hosting, marketing, security or functionality providers. These providers may use cookies, pixels or similar technologies in connection with the services they provide to us.

Because the technology used on our website may change, this Policy is intended to cover comparable third-party analytics and advertising tools that may be added or substituted in the future.

Amelia Booking Technology

We use Amelia booking technology to help manage appointments, factory tours, or other scheduled services.

When you use an Amelia-powered booking form on our website, the information you enter may include your name, email address, telephone number, appointment details, and any other information requested through the booking form.

Amelia operates within our WordPress website, and booking information is generally maintained within the website’s WordPress database rather than being independently collected by Amelia as an advertising network.

If integrations have been enabled within the booking system, information necessary to provide those services may also be transmitted to applicable third parties, such as payment processors, calendar providers, email or notification services, video conferencing providers or other integrated services.

Do not enter sensitive personal information into free-text booking fields unless it is specifically requested and necessary for the service being provided.

PayPal and Venmo

If you choose to pay using PayPal or Venmo, your payment is processed through the applicable payment service.

Aahs Spas does not receive or store your complete credit card number, bank account number, or similar financial credentials from these services. We generally receive information necessary to confirm and administer your transaction, such as payment status and transaction information.

Information you provide directly to PayPal or Venmo is subject to that company’s privacy policy and practices. We encourage you to review those policies before submitting payment information.

Viking Capital Financing

If you choose to apply for financing through Viking Capital, information submitted as part of the financing application is provided directly to Viking Capital.

Aahs Spas does not collect or control the financial information you submit directly through Viking Capital’s financing application. Viking Capital’s collection and use of that information is governed by its own privacy policy and applicable financial privacy laws.

How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to companies that assist us in operating our business, including:

  • Website hosting and technology providers.
  • Booking and scheduling technology.
  • Payment processors.
  • Shipping and delivery providers.
  • Email and communications providers.
  • Analytics providers.
  • Advertising and marketing platforms.
  • Professional advisers and service providers.
  • Government agencies or other parties when disclosure is required by law.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of Aahs Spas, our customers or others; investigate suspected fraud or misuse; enforce agreements; or comply with legal requirements.

We do not sell personal information in exchange for money.

However, some state privacy laws define the terms “sale,” “sell,” “share” or “targeted advertising” broadly. Under those definitions, allowing advertising or analytics providers such as Google or Meta to receive online identifiers or information about a visitor’s activity for advertising purposes may be considered a “sale,” “sharing” of personal information, or processing for targeted advertising even when no money is exchanged.

Where required by applicable law, you may opt out of these activities as described below.

Your Privacy Choices

Cookie and Advertising Choices

Where available, you may use the cookie or privacy preference controls on our website to manage non-essential cookies and certain analytics or advertising technologies.

You may also adjust your browser or device settings to restrict cookies. Please note that blocking certain technologies may affect website functionality.

Your Privacy Choices and Opting Out of Sale, Sharing or Targeted Advertising

Where required by applicable law, visitors may have the right to opt out of:

  • The sale of personal information.
  • The sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • The processing of personal information for targeted advertising.
  • Certain profiling activities.

When legally required and applicable to our practices, these choices may be exercised through the Your Privacy Choices or Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link provided on our website, through an applicable cookie preference tool, or by contacting us using the information below.

Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track

Some browsers and browser extensions allow users to transmit privacy preference signals.

Where required by applicable law, we recognize qualifying universal opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (“GPC”), as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising for the browser or device sending the signal.

Older browser-based “Do Not Track” or “DNT” signals do not operate under a single universally accepted standard. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, our website may not respond to legacy DNT signals.

This does not affect our obligation to honor legally recognized privacy preference signals, such as GPC, where required.

California Privacy Disclosures and Rights

California law provides certain privacy protections to California residents. Some of these requirements apply broadly to commercial websites, while additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA”), apply only to businesses that meet applicable statutory requirements.

To the extent the CCPA applies to Aahs Spas, California residents may have the right to:

Know and Access: Request information about the categories or specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources of that information, our purposes for using it, and the categories of third parties to whom it has been disclosed, sold, or shared.

Delete: Request deletion of personal information, subject to legal exceptions.

Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.

Opt Out: Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.

Limit Certain Uses of Sensitive Personal Information: Request limitations on certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information when this right applies.

Non-Discrimination: Exercise applicable privacy rights without receiving unlawful discriminatory treatment.

California consumers may also use an authorized agent to submit certain requests when permitted by law. We may require appropriate documentation confirming the agent’s authority.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age in circumstances requiring affirmative authorization under California law.

California Categories of Personal Information

Depending on your interaction with us, the categories of personal information we may collect include identifiers, customer/contact information, commercial information, internet or electronic network activity, approximate geolocation information, and information you voluntarily provide through forms, bookings or communications.

The sources, purposes and categories of recipients for this information are described throughout this Privacy Policy.

Privacy Rights for Residents of Other States

Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Iowa, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia and other states with applicable consumer privacy laws may have additional rights when the relevant law applies to Aahs Spas and to the particular processing activity.

Depending upon your state, these rights may include the right to:

  • Confirm whether we process your personal information.
  • Access personal information.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Delete certain personal information.
  • Obtain a portable copy of certain personal information.
  • Opt out of the sale of personal information.
  • Opt out of targeted advertising.
  • Opt out of certain profiling.
  • Withdraw consent for certain uses of sensitive personal information.
  • Appeal the denial of a privacy request.
  • Exercise privacy rights without unlawful discrimination.

The availability and scope of these rights vary by state, and exemptions may apply.

If a state law requires us to recognize a qualifying universal opt-out mechanism for targeted advertising or sales of personal information, we will process that signal as required by applicable law.

How to Exercise Your Privacy Rights

To make a privacy request, contact us at:

Email: spaguy4U@gmail.com

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain access, correction, or deletion requests. Verification helps prevent unauthorized persons from obtaining or deleting another individual’s information.

We will respond to verified requests within the period required by applicable law.

If your state provides a right to appeal a decision regarding a privacy request, you may submit an appeal using the same contact information and stating that your request is a “Privacy Request Appeal.”

Data Retention

We retain personal information for only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including providing services, maintaining transaction and business records, complying with legal and accounting requirements, resolving disputes, preventing fraud and enforcing agreements.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the reason it was collected and applicable legal requirements.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.

No website, transmission method or data storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. As a result, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 without legally required parental consent.

We also do not knowingly use personal information from minors for targeted advertising, sale, or sharing when prohibited by applicable law.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us in violation of applicable law, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website may contain links to websites or services operated by other companies.

Aahs Spas does not control the privacy practices of third-party websites and services. Information you provide directly to those companies is governed by their privacy policies and practices.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of Google, Meta, PayPal, Venmo, Wells Fargo and any other third-party service you use in connection with our website.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our business, website technology, third-party services or legal requirements.

When we make changes, we will post the revised Policy on this page and update the Effective Date. When legally required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before making material changes to how personal information is used.
