Built on a Superior Frame
Inside every cabinet is a frame constructed from 100% pressure-treated lumber, never pine. We use full 2×4 vertical supports, not the flimsy 1x2s or 2x2s many competitors rely on. This extra strength means your spa is supported by a foundation that can stand up to years of use without compromise.
Strength Where It Matters
Other manufacturers cut corners with 2×2 corner gussets or lightweight bottom rails. Some even install plastic molded pan bottoms that look nice but don’t hold much weight. At Aahs Spas, we do things differently:
- Full 2×4 Vertical Supports: Each support is turned vertically, so it carries the load instead of just sitting flat for looks.
- Weight Distribution to the Edge: By running supports all the way out to the cabinet edge, we distribute the spa’s weight evenly, ensuring stability, durability, and longer life.
- Stronger Bottom Rail: Instead of a 2×3 or hollow platform, we use a true 2×4 turned vertically, to create a 4″ frame that distributes the full weight of the spa and its water across the structure, so it’s more stable and lasts longer.
