Every spa we build is manufactured right here in Hillsboro, Kansas, at our facility located at 410 N Main. With more than 30 years of experience, over 19 current molds, and countless configuration options, our team is here to help you create the spa of your dreams.

Aahs Spas was born in Kansas, and we remain dedicated to serving Kansans with products built good enough for our neighbors. From our factory in Hillsboro, we’re proud to supply spas across the Sunflower State, from Wichita to Salina, from Manhattan to McPherson, and from Topeka to all our amazing towns, farms, and ranches in between. No matter where you are in Kansas, our roots run close to yours.

Meet Chuck Maltbie
Behind all Aahs Spas is the vision and craftsmanship of Chuck Maltbie, a man who has spent much of his life designing and building spas. His journey has not been without setbacks. An early venture was crushed in the 2008 banking crisis, and tragic personal circumstances required him to reset priorities. But Chuck’s resilience and determination brought him back to building spas, and his business is stronger than ever.
Today, he has regrouped and reorganized to lead Aahs Spas into a new era of innovation. Under his direction, we are one of the few manufacturers in the country offering true hydrotherapeutic spas, customized to offer up to 66 jets strategically customized to meet specific therapeutic needs.
Chuck’s lifelong dedication to the art and science of spa design ensures that your spa is more than just a hot tub; it’s a tool for relaxation, healing, and comfort.
