Buying a spa isn’t just a purchase. It’s an investment in relaxation, wellness, and your home. And like any investment, it needs proper care to perform at its best over time. And we’re here to help. We believe that service doesn’t end when your spa is delivered. It begins there.
Better Performance Begins with Better Maintenance Schedule
Service isn’t just about fixing problems; it’s about preventing them. Aahs Spas provides customers with maintenance tools and information, including laminated step-by-step guides for water care and filter maintenance. These aren’t complicated manuals. They’re designed to be easy to understand, making routine care simple and consistent.
And here’s the key insight many owners overlook: proper pH balance matters more than anything else. While sanitizer levels protect people, pH levels protect the spa itself.
Here’s the bad news; poor water chemistry can cause heater elements and pump seals to fail prematurely, sometimes in as little as 90 days.
The good news? With proper PH maintenance, those same components can last 10 years or more. Most preventative maintenance, including monitoring and adjusting the water’s pH levels, is easily handled by the spa owner.
Here’s our recommendations to keep your spa running better, longer, with fewer repairs. All products listed have been carefully selected by Aahs Spa to be safe, effective, and affordable. These products are available to purchase on our website.

On-Site Service
For everyday needs, Aahs Spas provides reliable on-site service for both the spas we manufacture and many other brands. Whether it’s a worn heater element or a leaking pump seal (two of the most common service issues in any spa) our team is equipped to diagnose and repair problems quickly.
What makes this important is not just the repair itself, but the peace of mind. You know who to call. You know the work will be done right. And you know you won’t be left chasing parts or searching for help when something goes wrong.
Even better, every Aahs Spas dealer is required to service the products they sell. That means you’re also supported locally through your dealer, not just by our team at the Hillsboro factory.
Factory-Level Service: A Unique Advantage
Sometimes, a spa needs more than a simple fix. That’s where Aahs Spas offers something most manufacturers don’t: full factory service and rebuild capabilities.
If your spa has experienced significant damage, such as freezing, structural issues, or long-term neglect, it can be transported to the Aahs factory for a complete overhaul. There, it’s placed on a controlled water test system that allows technicians to identify leaks and issues far more efficiently than in the field.
Sounds expensive, right? But factory service often costs less than on-site repairs. A factory overhaul is often a more affordable option to restore your spa to like-new condition.
Spas Built for Longevity, Supported for Life
In a world where many products are built to be replaced, Aahs Spas takes a different approach. We believe your spa should last, and we back that belief with service that supports it for years to come.
From minor repairs to full rebuilds, from local service calls to factory-level restoration, Aahs Spas delivers something rare: a spa experience that doesn’t stop at the sale.
